Student Internship
For students, a NFG internship is a great opportunity to up-skill their research techniques, work with industry experts and learn problem solving skills. We offer projects which accommodate both academic and commercial research goals and objectives. The projects are flexible and can be designed to suit each student. Currently NFG has limited positions for students carrying out different research projects.

QUALITY ASSURANCE/CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Naturl Farm Group is proud to be one of fast gowing companies in the FOOD industry. It’s MPI certified Dairy, Bee products and Health Supplements manufacturer with Oversea Branches.
Most importantly, It’s not the normal ‘Big corporate’ where you are stuck in the usual structures and cycles. Its nimble, adventurous, and new opportunities are ahead of us.
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance/Control Technician who has Food Manufacturer/Importor/Exportor relative experience and is genuinely after an opportunity to make their mark and build on their career.
Full-time
Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)
◼︎ Key duties will include:
This role will grow considerably with the right person who involves the maintenance of regulatory/Food Safety Standards, and overseas market access requirements.
● Interpret, build upon, and comply with company Food Safety program (quality assurance standards)
● Carefully maintain a complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
● Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
● Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
● Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
● Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
● Based on the Food Safety program, plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
● Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
● Communication with external organizations (MPI / Auckland city council/ water care etc)
◼︎ Key requirements are:
● Knowledge of food safety programs and regulations (RMP/National program)
● Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
However, enterprising beginners eager to work as QA/QC in a food company are also considered.
